<p class="has-medium-font-size">Reagan Agee, 28, an Alabama native is making her splash on &#8216;Very Cavallari&#8217; as Kristin&#8217;s assistant.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">She was very happy to move to Nashville and was quoted saying &#8220;<em>I knew I had to get to a bigger city and meet people.</em>&#8220;</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Prior to landing the job as the reality star&#8217;s assistant, Agee was a hairdresser in the Nashville area.</p>
