<p class="has-medium-font-size">If Sara&#8217;s traveling, she likes to squeeze in a <strong>quick workout</strong> when she can in her hotel room. She uses her own body weight in place of carrying around heavy equipment – making the stretches and yoga-like poses really easy for anyone to achieve! One of her fitness goals is to be able to do pull-ups before the next Victoria&#8217;s Secret show. She then sits down for breakfast, which is usually some combination of <strong>protein</strong> (like eggs for example), <strong>fruit</strong>, <strong>and healthy fat</strong> like avocado. </p>
