HGTV’s Christina Haack recently bought a new house! The Christina on the Coast star purchased a brand-new home in Newport Beach, California. The gorgeous space has a pool, sleek accents, and more, making it perfect for her, husband Joshua Hall, as well as kids Taylor, Brayden and Hudson.

Christina Haack shared a look at her new house on Instagram, writing: “Celebrating and settling in. Absolutely obsessed with our new home. Finally all boxes are checked. We made a wish list of every single thing we wanted in a home and then the next day this off market listing appeared before us. Manifesting at its finest ✨. This home has the best vibes ever, time to make it our own.”
View this post on InstagramHer dream home was $12 million, according to DIRT, and has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The place is spacious, at almost 7,000 square feet – it’s practically a mansion! Amenities include a pool, home theater, yard space, and proximity to the sea, or hotspots like Newport Harbor, Castaways Park and Balboa Peninsula.
Prior to revealing her new digs, Haack hinted at this next chapter with an earlier Instagram post. “Home Sweet Home. No furniture, no decor, just love. Can’t wait to show you guys a video of this place, but mostly excited to get in here and make it our own. Coming 🔜 Turning this modern house into a modern / coastal / boho / organic home,” she captioned the photo of her and Joshua.
Judging by the tour video, we’d say Christina successfully turned the home into the modern, coastal, boho, organic home of her dreams. The HGTV personality is known for mixing trends, while still keeping things looking chic. Clean lines and light colors help ground her home, while fun accents keep it fresh. For example, her kitchen is all white, but there’s also a floating staircase off a hallway.
Neutral furniture allows for nature’s true colors to shine through, like the lush palm trees or the bright blue reflects of the pool. Earthy touches can be seen in the wood or in certain finish choices on cabinetry. But, Christina’s not done yet! The Flip or Flop alum has big plans ahead for certain areas of the house, such as bathrooms.
“Now that we’re in the new house, I’ve been searching for inspiration everywhere as we’re gearing up for some exciting renovations 👏🏼👏🏼 I’ve been pinning bathrooms like crazy and here are a few of my top choices. Which one is your fav… 1️⃣, 2️⃣, 3️⃣ or 4️⃣? And stay tuned, tomorrow I’m going to share a serious GOALS bathroom I filmed in last week that ticked a lot of the boxes on my list 😉,” she wrote on Instagram.
What else has Christina been up to? And Joshua?
Aside from renovating, Christina makes time for other activities in her life too. Visiting friends and family is a priority. “Double date night with my gorgeous sister-in-law. Stacie and Joel are episode number 1 of Christina in the Country. So fun getting to all work on their home together, it’s gonna be a beautiful transformation,” she wrote on Instagram. This double date night took place in Franklin, Tennessee, where Christina still has a second home.
That second home base serves as content for her new show, Christina in the Country. She and Joshua made a trip last month there to shoot some footage for the spinoff series. Haack said: “Quick work trip in Tennessee filming some great content for Christina in the Country 🎥. Loving TN, the crew and all of our new clients! Grateful to live/work in California but still get to film a TV show while enjoying our second home in Franklin, TN.”
Joshua runs Unbroken Productions, and often helps Christina with her filming segments. According to his Instagram bio, he’s also a realtor/investor. Last week, his mom came to visit. “Take your mom to work day,” he captioned the photo.
When Christina’s not filming, she loves spending time with her husband and children. She and Joshua enjoy going to concerts, as well as taking the kids to the beach, park, or even an alpaca farm! Check out all the photos below:
