$100,000 Pyramid is back with an all-new episode on June 16. Two pairs of celebrities will faceoff: Saturday Night Live‘s Alex Moffat vs. SiriusXM radio’s Michelle Collins, and Pose stars Dominique Jackson vs. Indya Moore. Michelle Collins vs. Alex Moffat
Michelle Collins is a comedian and the host of her own radio program, The Michelle Collins Show on SiriusXM. She’s going up with Alex Moffat, an actor and comedian best known for his appearances on SNL.
If you recall, the whole goal of the show is to get to the Winners Circle. The more questions you answer correctly, the more points you receive. The most points gets you to that coveted circle at the end of the game. One player describes the person/place/thing, and the other player must guess it correctly to earn a point. It will definitely be interesting hearing two comedians describe items! The official Twitter account for $100,000 Pyramid even teased: “Prepare for laughs when Alex Moffat is up against @michcoll on The #100KPyramid Wednesday on ABC!”
It’s not only Michelle and Alex who will be paired up though. Each celebrity will also be paired with another partner. In the promotional photos, Michelle Collins is seen with Alex French; Alex Moffat is seen with Carsen Smith, and vice versa.
Indya Moore vs. Dominique Jackson
Indya Moore and Dominique Jackson are both known for their work in the FX series Pose. Indya portrayed Angel Evangelista; Dominique portrayed Elektra Abundance. Recently, the series concluded with 3 seasons and 26 episodes. It was nominated for numerous Golden Globe and Emmys.
Judging from the promotional photos, it looks like Indya and Dominique will also be paired up with a couple other contestants. Dominque Jackson is paired with Nikki Franklin; Indya Moore is paired with Nathan Pearson, and vice versa for their part of the episode.
