Bridgit Mendler may have gotten more than an Easter basket this weekend! The Good Luck Charlie star announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Griffin Cleverly on Easter Sunday.
The actress captioned her engagement photo on Instagram by praising Cleverly. She also expressed how she’s “looking forward” to holding his hand forever. Griff Cleverly is a Mechanical Engineer who lives in Los Angeles, California.
The caption read, “We thought we should share the news ?? Griff you are a deep thinker, a steadfast companion, a cheerleader and a challenger, and the biggest goof I know. Looking forward to holding ur hand forever.“

Besides getting engaged, Mendler is set to star in a Netflix series called Merry Happy Whatever. The upcoming show is a Christmas-themed comedy that will also star Ashley Tisdale and Dennis Quaid. According to Netflix, The show is focused around a father who must handle his family and the stress that comes with the holidays.
Mendler has also been focused on getting her graduates degree from MIT. Last September, she was a guest speaker on AtlanticLIVE for tracking Twitter engagement.
In terms of her music, the last time Mendler released a single was “Diving” in August 2017. Mendler has not released new music since then.
