Jesse McCartney has emerged from his hiatus with some fresh new tunes and has hit a new milestone in his life.
In September 2019, he got engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Katie Peterson. The pair had been dating for 7 years at the time of engagement.
PEOPLE reported that Jesse popped the question at CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles – and she said yes!
Jesse wrote, “locked it up” with a very visible shot of the ring.
You may have seen Jesse recently make an appearance on the hit FOX show, Masked Singer where celebrities dress up in costumes and judges have to guess who is under the mask solely by the voice.
It was revealed this week that former Dream Street member and solo artist, Jesse McCartney was under the turtle costume.
Katie posted a congratulatory message to her fiancee on Instagram. “You turtle-y crushed it! ? I’m so proud of you @jessemccartney ?? #turtlemask This was such a crazy experience to be witness to and I’m constantly amazed by your talents and your willingness to try something new. I love you and you’ll always be first place in my book!! Love, Mrs. ?”

You may have noticed a cute pup right in Katie’s lap on the couch during the Celebrity Watch Party segment. Yes, she’s a dog mom – and loving it! Katie wrote, “WOW! What a blessing being a mom is.. I never knew love til I had you 11 years ago. Thank god for coffee, right moms?“
