According to <em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://pagesix.com/2019/03/30/lo-bosworth-is-focused-on-her-wellness-journey-not-the-hills/" target="_blank">Page Six</a></em>, The <em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="The Hills (opens in a new tab)" href="https://wud.tpx.mybluehost.me/website_9bd75fcc/?s=The+Hills" target="_blank">The Hills</a></em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="The Hills (opens in a new tab)" href="https://wud.tpx.mybluehost.me/website_9bd75fcc/?s=The+Hills" target="_blank"> </a>alum shared that she was experiencing some health issues after attending the French Culinary Institute in New York. </p>



<p>During that time, Bosworth developed problems with her mental health and some vitamin deficiencies.</p>

<p>After recovering, Bosworth set out to find ways to maintain her personal health. In October 2016, she launched her supplement brand <a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Love Wellness (opens in a new tab)" href="https://lovewellness.co/" target="_blank">Love Wellness</a>. The <em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Laguna Beach (opens in a new tab)" href="https://wud.tpx.mybluehost.me/website_9bd75fcc/?s=Laguna+Beach" target="_blank">Laguna Beach</a></em> alum used her experience to create supplements with natural ingredients. Bosworth stressed that &#8220;women deserve better&#8221; in terms of health products. </p>

<p>Bosworth mentioned that her supplement brand is her &#8220;full-time focus&#8221; for now. </p>



<p>Lo is all about living healthy and she&#8217;s sharing her exciting food finds with everyone. She teamed up with Barilla, the well known pasta maker to promote their brand new chickpea rotini. She said she was looking for a little Italian/Mediterranean flare to her plant based diet. This was the perfect pasta to include in her recipe for White Bean &; Tomato Chickpea Pasta.</p>
