The Summer I Turned Pretty is the hottest new show of the season. The Amazon Prime series stars Lola Tung as Isabel “Belly” Conklin, and is based on the bestselling book trilogy by Jenny Han. It’s already a hit with book lovers and teen drama watchers alike, and fans have been buzzing about the cast, including their IRL dating lives. So, who’s single? Who’s in a relationship? Find out the relationship statuses of Lola Tung, Christopher Briney, Gavin Casalegno, Sean Kaufman and David Iacono below.
Lola Tung portrays Belly in the hit series The Summer I Turned Pretty. While her character may be caught in a love triangle on the show, Lola does not appear to be dating anyone right now. At least, a significant other is not on social media – so it’s possible she could be keeping the relationship private for now. Of course, she’s been busy with school too. Lola attends Carnegie Mellon, but took a year off to film season 1 of the show. Since it’s been renewed for a second season, safe to say she’ll continue to be busy!
Christopher Briney plays Conrad Fisher, one of the boys in the love triangle. In real life, Christopher’s dating actress Isabela Rose Machado. According to Pop Sugar, the duo studied at Pace University, which is most likely where they met. By the looks of this latest Instagram post, it appears as though he and Isabela have been together for a year now. “a whole year!? i could never want anything else 💘,” the post reads.
Gavin Casalegno portrays Jeremiah, aka: the other Fisher brother in the love triangle. Gavin’s dating life is way less complicated. He’s been dating model, dancer, and actress Larsen Thompson since 2016. The two post tons of Instagram photos together, and are happy in love. “A Day of Fun in NYC with @dkny and @larsenthompson means carousel rides, coffee, Dogs, and lots of smiles! Thank you so much for having us in NYC,” Gavin captioned the New York photos with Larsen.
Sean Kaufman plays Belly’s older brother Steven on the series. While his co-star Gavin is very open about his relationship, Sean is the opposite. He hasn’t been confirmed to be dating anyone at this time. He seems very career-focused, so maybe a relationship isn’t in the cards right now. He has a close bond with his The Summer I Turned Pretty cast mates, as this Instagram slideshow reveals.
David Iacono portrays Cam, Belly’s first love interest. While his character’s love life is eventful, it doesn’t appear that David’s dating anyone in real life. Although he did get to attend prom in 2020 – on TV, that is! “Big thanks to @thegooddoctorabc–
