<p class="has-medium-font-size">A bombshell was dropped on this week&#8217;s episode of &#8216;<em>Very Cavallari</em>&#8216; on E! when Kristin divulged a romance secret from her time on &#8216;<em>The Hills</em>.&#8217;</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">When Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge came to visit the mom of three, the ladies went out on the town in Nashville. Heidi who is now a mom to son Gunner and <a href="https://wud.tpx.mybluehost.me/website_9bd75fcc/news/inside-audrina-patridges-life-is-she-married-does-she-have-a-daughter/">Audrina who is a mom to 3 year old daughter Kirra</a> were still living it up!</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">The girls first stopped for a quiet dinner together to catch up and then headed to one of Kristin&#8217;s favorite bars and dance spots so they could party! Did they stay out all night like they used to?</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">The next afternoon while out to lunch, Kristin spilled some secrets even her former co-stars didn&#8217;t know. &#8220;I dated a cameraman you guys,&#8221; she said. Who is she referring to? Miguel Medina.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">On-screen, Kristin was supposed to be dating ex-boyfriend, Brody Jenner but it was revealed that was a fake storyline for the show. When in reality, things were heating up off-screen with <em>The Hills</em> cameraman, Miguel Medina. </p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">She was pretty proud of herself for keeping the whole thing under wraps at the time. However, the cameras did spot them at an airport together back in 2010. </p>
